Surefire unveiled their impressive Ryder Series of suppressors in 2014 with the Ryder 22-A model. The concept was devised out of a desire to bridge the gap between military personnel and general public silencers. Surefire is now aware of the fact that all shooters—not just government agencies—want Surefire cans, and they want them with the same set of standards that the manufacturer built their reputation on. Hence, the introduction of the Surefire Ryder 9-Ti.
Set in Fountain Valley, CA, Surefire created the Ryder 9-Ti silencer with the goal of offering a durable and reliable unit to firearm enthusiasts. With military-based roots, Surefire produces an impressive line of suppressors for all of your firearm needs.
Pig-nose baffles. Although the name might conjure a brief giggle, the benefits of this design will keep you grinning for the foreseeable future. The Ryder 9-Ti features heat-treated stainless steel baffles that offer increased sturdiness. Moreover, the patented pig-nose formation provides superior sound reduction by precisely directing gas as it moves through the suppressor with each round fired. Built-in spacers between these baffles limit carbon buildup and allow the silencer to stay clean longer. Because the baffles are individually numbered and keyed, Surefire made “sure” the suppressor is simple to disassemble and maintain. One more glorious note: The baffles are coated with Mil-Spec hard anodizing, which aids in cleaning and helps prevent gas and particle erosion.
The Surefire Ryder 9-Ti unit is comprised of titanium (tube, front endcap, rear plate) and stainless steel (baffles), providing a highly-durable and maneuverable 9mm suppressor. Moreover, these metals provide a lightweight (9.5 ounces) option in the pistol silencer category. With the length of the body fluted, all measures were taken by Surefire to ensure total weight reduction. Needless to say, this can holds too many perks to ignore… Pull the trigger on this purchase!
